Good article, another one to add to your list is the bogus 302 technique where a site is cloned or hijacked by scraping. It requires some skill to prevent it. However some of these 302 redirects are merely tracking URLS so you have to be keen to it happening.
A person with a motive and some knowledge on networks and apache htaccess can take a #1 site and knock it down inside of 4 weeks if they are clever. I know guys that do it and I’ve seen them take sites and bring em to 4th and 5th pages in google from #1 positions.
That is as blackhat as it gets.
