Many corporations in America see suits as a business expense. Even if certain behavior warrants a suit but that behavior provides income they make the "business decision" to do it anyway. With the whole world being a customer, I'd think the expense wouldn't be worth it, but you can never discount their legal clout. Hopefully Google would.
