Mert Sahinoglu is also an Illinois licenced Chicago Real Estate Broker and a partner of Falcon Living Real Estate that serves the Chicagoland market. Mert manages the online marketing of the company. Currently Falcon Living, in comparison to all the other local brokerages, has the highest volume of non brand related organic searches in Chicagoland.
Falcon Living was formed initially as a partnership of three brothers in 2004. Its goal was to serve the City of Chicago (Loop, North Central, Northwest Central, South Chicago, and West Central) area. Through effective usage of internet, the company established its presence in the Greater Chicagoland area.
The year is now 2008, the small family brokerage created an online network of agents in Illinois. The brokerage now serves not only Chicago suburbs (Cook county), but also 23 counties in Northern Illinois as an Illinois licenced Real Estate Brokerage. We are also currently working on an internet based marketing campaign for Chicago flat fee MLS
